At the Practice, we take the privacy of our patients and all visitors to our websites seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) informs you how we handle privacy matters and process your Personal Information. Please note that patients of the Practice will be provided with (and are subject to) a separate “HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices” for health information provided to us in the context of the physician-patient relationship.
